How to Use
Place the candle on a stable surface away from children, pets, or items easy to ignite. Using a match or long nose lighter, light the candle and immediately the aroma will waft in the air. Pour a glass of your favorite beverage (fermented or otherwise), and turn on something or nothing at all. Take a moment to watch the beauty of the flame, hold your hand to your heart and have a moment of thankfulness before engaging in the rest of your self-care journey.
Remain close to your Healed Body Candle. When leaving the room, sniff the wick and use the lid to fully extinguish.
